How do I apply the press-ons?
How to Apply Nail Atelier Press-Ons
Salon results are easy to achieve at home with no mess and no stress.
- Prep
Wash your hands thoroughly. Gently push back cuticles with the included cuticle stick and lightly buff each nail with the emery board. Wipe nails with the alcohol pad to remove oils and residue. This ensures a secure, long-lasting hold. - Size & Stick
Choose the adhesive tab that matches each nail. Press the tab firmly onto your natural nail. Remove the plastic backing from the tab. - Press & Hold
Position the press-on nail and press down from base to tip for 10 seconds to lock it in place. - Set
Avoid water for at least one hour to let the bond fully set.

Get the most from your set with these simple expert tips.
- Prep well
Wipe each nail with alcohol to remove oils and create the ideal surface for bonding. - Apply with care
Press the adhesive tab down firmly to smooth out any air bubbles. - Work in order
Apply nails on your forefingers and thumbs last. It makes applying the other nails easier. - Choose your hold

Avoid submerging your hands in water for at least one hour after application. - Wear gloves
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals while wearing press-ons. Wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes.
How do I remove them?

Soak
Immerse fingertips in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes. Option: Add a little oil (any) for extra slip and care.Lift Gently
With the included cuticle stick, gently lift the edges of each press-on. If resistance is felt, soak a bit longer—never pull or snap them off.Clean Up
Use the cuticle stick to remove any remaining adhesive from both your natural nails and the press-ons.
With nail atelier bond+ adhesive tabs, there’s no need for acetone, chemical glue removers, or electric nail drills. There is no need to file off dried glue from the press-ons.
Can I reuse them?
Absolutely! Nail Atelier press-ons are built for durability and reusability. Remove them gently and clean them well to enjoy your favourite set again and again.
Because our soft hold and bond+ tabs come off without glue debonders or nail files, your press-ons stay damage-free and ready for the next wear.
After cleaning, place them back in their original box or a dedicated case to protect them from scratches and dust.
Do you sell nail glue?
At Nail Atelier, we don’t sell nail glue — and here’s why.
Our custom formulated bond+ adhesive tabs offer a strong hold for up to 2 weeks, while still being easy and damage-free to remove. They’re the ideal balance of durability and reusability. No harsh removal methods needed.
In contrast, nail glue:
Requires chemical glue debonder or a nail drill/file to remove
Leaves behind a solid, stubborn residue
Can cause damage to your press-ons
Often limits reusability.
Many tutorials online skip over these facts. But we won’t.

Why do you have two types of adhesive tabs?
A: Different occasions call for different levels of hold.
Soft hold tabs keep nails on for up to 3 days. Ideal for weekends or special events.
Nail Atelier bond+ are our custom made adhesive tabs that offer a strong hold for up to 2 weeks, while still being easy and damage-free to remove. They do not require UV curing during application, and they remove easily without chemical glue debonders, nail files, or drills. They’re the ideal balance of durability and reusability — no harsh removal methods needed.

Shipping speed
We work hard to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!
Within Australia: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Standard delivery takes around 3-7 business days, while express is typically 1-3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Do you offer free shippping?
Yes! Free standard shipping Australia-wide is offered on all orders over $95 AUD.

Authority to leave
Authority to Leave (ATL) is our standard delivery option, which means we can safely leave your package at your address without needing a signature. We’ll make sure it’s placed somewhere secure so you can receive your order hassle-free, even if you’re not home.
International Orders
Yes, worldwide shipping is available through both standard postal service and express options. Please check at checkout to confirm if shipping is available to your country.
Free worldwide shipping is available for orders over $280 AUD and express over $360 AUD.
International customs, taxes & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees once they reach your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in your order total at checkout.
Nail Atelier does not cover or control these additional costs, and we are unable to estimate them in advance as they vary by country and region. Any fees applied upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance on potential import costs before placing your order and thank-you for your understanding.
Returns
Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons, Nail Atelier press-ons cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
We cannot offer exchanges for different sizes, so please choose carefully using our sizing guide.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@nailatelier.com.au within 7 days of receipt, so we can assist you promptly.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition as received
Be unused, with all tool kit items included
Be in its original packaging
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Have prior approval for return via email
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

- Place the measuring tape across your nail and press it down firmly so it follows your nail shape.
- Note each nail size down individually.
- Check out our size chart and pick the size that’s the closest match.
Method 2: Sticky or paper tape
- Just grab some clear tape (or thin strip of paper), a pen and a ruler. It’s perfect for first-timers!
- Place clear tape (or thin strip of paper) across your nail and press it down firmly so it follows your nail shape.
- Use a pen to mark where your nail is widest — just a little dot on each side.
- Peel off the tape (or thin strip of paper) and lay it flat on a ruler to see the width in millimetres.
- Note each nail size down individually.
- Check out our size chart and pick the size that’s the closest match.
